Spitball is looking for an experienced ASP/.NET web developer. This position will require you to lead projects. This is not an entry level position and requires 3-5 years of development experience.

As a lead web developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development process from initial client engagement and requirements gathering to solution development and final coding. Just like playing in the sandbox when you were little, you'll have to play nice with others - especially project managers and designers - to insure all projects are a success.

Essential Skills
- 3 years of development experience
- ASP .NET, C#, SQL Server, XHTML, CSS, Javascript
- Sharepoint and Telligent Server experience a big plus (if not essential)
- great communication
